We do our best to be compliant in everything, but compliance doesn’t mean one-size-fits-all. If a policy is confusing, if something doesn’t fit your situation, or if you have a perspective we should hear — speak to your Program Lead right away. Don’t wait for a formal moment.
When you reach out, please copy ginny@poieto.com and/or christine@poieto.com so the right people are in the loop from the start.
POIETO policies aren't frozen on adoption. They're versioned, reviewed on a set cadence (most annually, each June), and revised as the law, the program, and the people in it change — that's Living Governance & Consent in practice. Every card below carries the ↻ living living mark. When a document changes, everyone re-acknowledges the current version.
