Mission
Our community exists to create innovative multimedia projects that combine human creativity with AI tools. We value collaboration, experimentation, learning, and respect. The focus is not only on producing excellent work, but also on building meaningful interactions that help every member contribute and grow.
Our Values
What we stand on
We define these together today. Write them here — everything below this point grows from them.
"In this space, we care about ___"

How We Treat Each Other
The room is the project.
The work depends on the people. These are the interactions we agreed to protect.
Protect quietSome of us make best in silence. Honor members who need silent time — keep the room tranquil, and ask before you bring noise into someone's focus.
Work in small, organized groupsWe organize into small groups so everyone has a place and a role. Nobody gets lost in the crowd, and nobody works in isolation.
Communicate openlySay what you need. Ask when you're unsure. Surface problems early — to each other first, before they grow.
Share ownershipThe goals are everyone's. Credit is shared, decisions are shared, and the win belongs to the group.
Show up through challengesWhen someone is struggling, the group shows up for them. Support is part of the job, not a favor.

Why values come first. Every practice and every resource above traces back to a value we named. If a guideline ever stops fitting the room, we change the guideline — not the value. That's how we keep these ours. We'll read this wall together at Week 4 and Week 7 and ask: are we living it?
